Refund Policy

Refund Criteria:

  • Discounted Packages: Refunds are not applicable if a discounted package is chosen.
  • Design Approval: Refunds are not allowed after the primary design concept has been approved by the client.
  • Revisions: If revisions are demanded after approval, no refund is given.
  • Urgency: Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
  • Client Unresponsiveness: If the client is unresponsive for more than two weeks, no refund is issued.
  • Policy Violation: If the client violates the company’s policies, no refund is provided.
  • Approaching Other Designers: Refunds are not granted if the client engages another company or designer for the same project.
  • Incomplete Creative Brief: Refunds are not applicable if the creative brief lacks essential information.
  • Complete Design Change: A complete design change requested by the client is not refundable.
  • Refund Timeframe: If the refund request goes beyond the allowed timeframe, it will not be processed.
  • Business Changes: Refunds are not offered if the company is closing, changing its name, or undergoing significant business changes.
  • Non-Service-Related Reasons: Refunds are not provided for reasons like “change of mind,” or “disagreements with partners.”
  • Service Bundle Refunds: If a service bundle is purchased and the client is dissatisfied with one service, a refund will only apply to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
  • Final Files: No refund after the final files have been delivered.
  • Free Items: Refunds do not apply to free services or products.
  • Special Services: Services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Websites and Logos: Refunds are not offered after approval of the design or once the project progresses to the development stage.
  • Outsourced Work: Refunds are not available for work done by third parties.

Cancellation & Ownership:

  • The company retains the right to cancel projects or contracts if deemed
    necessary.
  • After a refund or dispute, the client loses the right to use any designs, which
    become the property of the company.

Refund Request Process:

  • Clients can send an email to Sales@thedesigncrafter.com to initiate a refund claim.
  • Refund requests will be processed after an analysis by the billing department.
